The outsourced payroll sector can be a minefield with additional costs often hidden beneath a low ‘per payslip’ price and poor service once the deal has been done.

Because we aren’t a massive, faceless bureau we can do things differently. We can be flexible and agile and make sure we are not just reacting to changes in the sector, but are also at the forefront of innovation in terms of payroll and pension management.

Service is everything

The message we get from prospects and new clients coming to us from other providers is that they want to deal with people. And not just anyone, or a constant rotation of new faces; they want to have dedicated contacts who they can get to know and who understand their payroll.

That’s why our clients are given named contact and team who they can speak to on a day-to-day basis and who will act as an extension of their payroll team. What’s more, all of our people, processes IT and data is done in the UK.

Knowledge is king

We continue to invest in our education and training programme so that we can upskill throughout the business, training the payroll heroes of the future.

Many of our senior team are involved in industry thought-leadership and this is filtered down into the development of our systems and processes, as well as the knowledge of our staff.

We are accredited with the CIPP Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS), which is the gold standard for payroll providers and is assessed by the most stringent of audits from the CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals).

We are a BACS approved bureau and are ISO27002 accredited, so you can be sure of the very best quality in our processes and information security.

No confusion or bamboozling. We are upfront with our pricing and you will always know what is included in our price.

We don’t headline a ‘cheap as chips’ payslip price, only to add in ‘extras’ such as starters and leavers that will bump up the price.

The price we quote is the price you pay.

Driven By Technology

We believe that investing people and technology creates the ‘perfect storm’ for excellent service. Technology has always been an important part of our service and we continue to drive technological advancements through our in-house team of software developers.

Our approach is to develop technologies that can do the ‘heavy lifting’ of payroll processing, leaving our payroll heroes to do the things that add value, such as building client relationships, providing expertise and advice and delivering an exceptional service.

We also don’t see why our clients should bend their processes, systems and software to fit in with us. So we have made it our mission to wrap around our client’s systems and what software they need to run their businesses.  The way we do this is to have a flexible system that can takes data in any format, including from other software such as Time and Attendance solutions.
