Zest Technology

The business was founded in 2004 as Staffcare. The Staffcare Platform was the benefit technology behind some of the largest Employee Benefit Consultancy organisations. In 2013 we were acquired by SimplyBiz Group who share our vision for growth in this market.
The business invested to allow us to build a brand-new dynamic and scalable benefit platform from the ground up. Our objective was simple – to redefine what the employee benefit technology market should look like. Zest was launched in November 2017.
The primary focus being on driving efficiency, simplicity and enhancing employee engagement by focussing on how employees engage in 2020 – via a multitude of devices particularly their phone. The investment continues to ensure Zest remains at the forefront of this specialist market.
We believe passionately that the user experience is central to the success of any employee benefit programme.
This focus on efficiency means that Zest can deliver a fully dynamic solution quicker, and more cost effectively than traditional suppliers can deliver old fashioned clunky technology.
